Legal Intern – Litigation Team

Eligibility

• Law students preferably in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. course or the final year of a 3-year LL.B. course.
• Keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong aptitude for legal research and drafting.
• Dedicated, sincere, and eager to learn.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to commit for a minimum of 2–3 months.
• Ability and willingness to attend the office on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting.
• Assist with court appearances and filing work.
• Support litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
• Participate in case preparation and other aspects of litigation practice.

Practice Areas / Exposure

Interns will gain exposure to matters before:

• Bombay High Court
• National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
• Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
• Consumer Courts
• Other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
