NA LAW is looking to engage two Legal Interns to join its Litigation Team at the Mumbai office. The internship provides hands-on experience in litigation practice, including legal research, drafting, court appearances, filings, and case management.

Eligibility
- Law students preferably in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. course or the final year of a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Keen interest in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Strong aptitude for legal research and drafting.
- Dedicated, sincere, and eager to learn.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of 2–3 months.
- Ability and willingness to attend the office on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist in drafting.
- Assist with court appearances and filing work.
- Support litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
- Participate in case preparation and other aspects of litigation practice.
Practice Areas / Exposure
Interns will gain exposure to matters before:
- Bombay High Court
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
- Consumer Courts
- Other judicial and quasi-judicial forums
