About the Internship
Boy Lab Dynamics is looking for a proactive Legal Intern to support the fast-paced operations and cutting-edge tech developments. If you’re passionate about contracts, compliance, and curious about the evolving legal landscape around drones and defence tech, this is for you.
Eligibility
- A law student or recent graduate with strong legal research and drafting skills
- Eagerness to work in a high-growth, innovation-led environment
- Interest in IP law, technology law, and regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Draft and review Contracts, NDAs, MSAs, MoUs, Vendor Agreements
- Assist with compliance under the Companies Act, DPDP Act, IT Act & DGCA
- Conduct legal research on corporate, regulatory, and tech-specific laws
- Support IPR filings and conduct prior art/IP searches
- Maintain IP records, deadlines & coordinate with IP attorneys
- Coordinate with external counsel, vendors & internal teams
- Draft internal SOPs & legal policies (NDA, Data Protection, IP guidelines)
- Monitor legal developments in drone tech, defense, and data privacy
- Maintain legal MIS, trackers, and document management systems
