• Emailing & Mail Merge
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Compile a list of matters listed in the coming week

2. Mark presence in listed matters

3. Maintain and update daily diary (legal reference)

4. Work on live cases and prepare case synopsis

5. Create first drafts of replies/complaints/petitions, etc.

What will candidates learn

1. Candidates will learn how court proceedings are conducted

2. Candidates will also be taught how to prepare and generate summons, warrants, etc.

3. Excellent opportunity to get exposure to live cases

4. Opportunity to attend session courts, learn the art of argument/pleading/defending, etc.
