About the Internship

This internship is an excellent opportunity for a penultimate-year law student to gain hands-on experience in corporate law within an international business environment. Interns will work closely with our legal team, engaging in the drafting and review of various contracts and agreements.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled as a penultimate-year law student with a strong academic record.
• Proficient in drafting and understanding various types of contracts and agreements.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Interest in learning about international legal systems and contract formats.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review domestic and international contracts and agreements.
• Source contract templates for various jurisdictions as needed.
• Work closely with Arnifi’s legal team to support ongoing projects.

Duration

2 months.

Mode

Work from office (HSR Layout, Bengaluru).

Stipend

INR 15,000 – 20,000 per month.
