About the Internship
4700BC is hiring a Legal Intern to assist its legal team in handling commercial contracts, compliance monitoring, legal documentation, and regulatory matters. The role is ideal for students interested in corporate and commercial law.
Eligibility
- Pursuing an LL.B. degree from a recognized law school.
- Students in the 3rd year or above are eligible to apply.
Preferred
Preference will be given to candidates with prior relevant internship experience.
Responsibilities

- Assist in contract drafting and negotiations.
- Support the preparation, review, and management of commercial contracts.
- Maintain and update compliance trackers.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory obligations.
- Support legal documentation and contract management processes.
- Monitor and manage legal repositories and records.

- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
