About the Job
T&R Law Offices is expanding its Corporate and Commercial practice and invites applications for the following positions:
- Associate – 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Legal Intern – Preferably in the final year of law school (Paid Internship)
Eligibility
T&R Law Offices is seeking candidates who demonstrate strong research orientation. Prior publications or writing experience in relevant legal domains will be considered favourably. Candidates who have pursued or prepared for judicial services examinations will be accorded additional merit.
Responsibilities
The roles will involve substantive engagement in ongoing transactions and direct support in research, drafting, and corporate advisory mandates.
Their key practice areas include:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- AIF Formation & Structuring
- Legal Due Diligence
- General Corporate Advisory & Contract drafting including SHA, SSA etc
- Intellectual Property Filings
- Other allied corporate law matters
