About the Opportunity

Legal Aspire is hiring a Legal & Finance Associate (Full-Time).

Eligibility

• Proven experience in company registration, ROC/GST processes, accounting, or corporate compliance (essential).
• Strong analytical, organizational, drafting, and communication skills (English fluency required) with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Indian regulations (Companies Act, GST laws) highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client filings independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead company registrations: ROC name searches/reservations, SPICe+ filings, MOA/AOA drafting, director verifications, INC-20A commencement filings, and PAN/TAN applications.
• Handle GST registrations, MSME (Udyam) filings, trademark applications, and expert compliance consultations for startups.
• Draft, review, and vet agreements; conduct legal research on relevant laws/regulations.
• Support finance team with accounting, due diligence, and operational tasks for smooth project execution.
• Client coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, manage inquiries, and ensure timely updates.
