Eligibility

LL.B. (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory)
2–6 years of relevant experience (for Executive / Sr. Executive level)

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SLAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts
Managing end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process
Coordinating with internal stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Finance, Operations) for contract execution
Identifying legal risks and providing practical business-oriented solutions
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
Maintaining contract repository and documentation
Supporting litigation, dispute resolution, and legal notices (if required)
