About the Job

Fashion TV is hiring Legal Executive (Non-Litigation).

Eligibility

• LLB
• LLM
• Experience: 5 to 8 Years

Key Responsibility Areas

• Well versed with MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-Power point, MS-Excel)
• Good reasoning and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both in written and in oral
• Drafting Skills – excellent writing and grammar skills, ability to write
• Concisely, clearly and logically
• Highly Motivated and Confident
• Strong/ good Personality

Responsibilities

• Drafting and Vetting of Agreements & Contracts for the company
• SPL in agreements like franchise(optional), License, Distribution
• Look from all the legal aspects of the Company
• Preparing Leave & License Agreements, Side letters, Deeds, Contracts etc
• Drafting Agreement for Sale, Deed of Transfer, Power of Attorney, Will, Leave and License Agreement, Declaration cum Indemnity, Public Notices, etc
• Coordinating with Clients
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Identify, anticipate & mitigate legal risk in the legal documentation
• Excellent drafting & negotiating skills
• Drafting Legal notices, Reply, Complaints etc
• Handle all non-litigation matters
