About the Job

Locobuzz is hiring a Legal Executive for its Mumbai office. The role will involve supporting the business on contracts, data protection and compliance, intellectual property, legal research, litigation support, and legal documentation while working closely with internal business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Draft and review contracts, NDAs, and other agreements.
Support DPDP, GDPR, and other compliance-related matters.
Assist with intellectual property and trademark matters.
Conduct legal research.
Provide litigation support.
Address legal queries across different business functions.
Maintain legal documentation, trackers, and repositories.
Work closely with Legal and business teams on day-to-day legal requirements.

Eligibility

LL.B. qualification.
Relevant Bar Council enrolment.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in SaaS, technology, IT, TMT, or General Corporate matters is preferred.
Strong drafting and legal research skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Prior in-house legal experience is an added advantage.
