About the Job

JAKSON Group is hiring a Legal Executive for its Business – Legal & Contract function. This is a full-time opportunity for professionals with experience in legal research, drafting, and providing legal support to the organisation.

Eligibility

Candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Legal Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and briefs.
• Assisting in the preparation of legal briefs, trials, and hearings.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to the organisation.
• Representing the organisation in legal proceedings.
• Providing administrative support to the legal team.
• Keeping abreast of changes in applicable laws and regulations.
