Eligibility
- Candidate should have degree in LL.B. (Either five years integrated course or three years course) from a reputed university.
- Strong communication and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage arbitration proceedings.
- Check document verification and prepare notices.
- Follow-up on cases to be filed and track process till award is obtained.
- Monitor and follow up on arbitration proceedings.
- Update MIS records on daily basis.
