Eligibility

• Age Limit: 28 Years
• Full time degree in Law from Government recognized Institute/ University. Must be an enrolled advocate.
• Total 02 years of experience. Candidate should have knowledge of Company Laws, Arbitration Matters, service matters, Contracts, Civil & Criminal law.
• Candidates should have exposure in Employee Disciplinary matters. Should have hand on experience in drafting of contracts, pleadings, contract Law, Draft of deeds, Licenses & Permissions, Agreements, Legal Document Preparation and also experience of appearing before Courts, tribunals, Arbitrators, etc for contesting/defending the cases.

Salary

Pay Scale: E-0 ₹30,000- 1,20,000/-
