About the Job

This is an on-site job opportunity related to the Legal Documentation Review Team.

Eligibility

• Master’s degree
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience handling legal documentation and customer service
• Minimum of ten (10) years of project management experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and extensive knowledge in Salesforce
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and ensure delivery of work productss of the highest quality under tight deadlines.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work in multi-cultural work settings with remote stakeholders.
• High degree of initiative, agility to pivot strategies, and suggest solutions with the project goal in focus.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written. Knowledge of another European language is beneficial

Responsibilities

• You are to handle data analytics and able to identify potential process improvements/automation.
• You work closely with key teams within the Bank throughout the supplier on-boarding / contractual renewal processes to ensure suppliers are on-boarded efficiently and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• You create standard supplier contracts and renewal documentation with limited complexity.
• You oversee the implementation of new suppliers/contract renewals from start to finish.
• You participate in discussions with stakeholders on the on-boarding status, and repapering status and/or answer questions about contract documentation with guidance and support from the bank’s respective specialists for customized/negotiated contracts.
• You handle complaints competently, including necessary escalations of incidents.
• You are to review databases and highlight any discrepancies in a quick and effective manner.
• You have an affinity for ESG key topics and experience with ESG market’s relevant contractual language.
• You are to manage workflows within a team, identify issues, propose solutions, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
