Hiring for Legal Counsel (Litigation) – Legal

Eligibility

  • Qualification – LLB 3 Years/5 Years
  • Experience Required-3-6 Years of experience in Banks/BFSI

Responsibilities

  • To provide end-to-end support for collection activity including interaction with authorized officers, and borrowers, assistance in symbolic/physical possession, filing applications before the District Magistrate, and overseeing the same until the auction/sale of the property.
  • To support MSE & Housing teams with queries relating to scrutinizing title deeds, creating mortgages, and assisting the business teams in sanctioning of loans.
  • To file the cases under various laws i.e. (Sec. 138 NI Act, Sec. 25 PASSA, Arbitration, etc.).
  • To conduct Lok Adalats, Mediation / Conciliation camps, and coordinate with the Police.
  • To appear, defend, and follow up on cases for/against company
