About the Job

SignDesk is seeking a talented and experienced Legal Counsel to join their legal team.

In this role, you will work directly with the Senior Legal Advisor, focusing on corporate and technology law matters. You will be responsible for drafting and vetting agreements, managing commercial and contract-related tasks, and providing legal support to the organization.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM from a recognized University in India.
• Proven experience in drafting agreements and contracts.
• Strong background in commercial and contract management.
• Proficiency in computer and office automation tools.
• Advocate with 2-5 years of experience in the field of Corporate Law. Experience in Technology Law would be preferred.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of contract law, and the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Senior Legal Advisor.
• Draft and vet contracts, agreements, MoUs, and tender documents.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of contract law.
• Communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize computer and office automation tools, including internet research.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English.
