About the Job

Requiring a Legal Consultant with excellent drafting skills for a Financial Consultancy Firm, dealing with financial business and dispute resolution. The Associate must be punctual, hard-working and have a zeal for learning and understanding.

Eligibility

• Must be LL.B. and qualified AIBE, LL.M. Desirable.
• PQE: – 1-5 Years.

Responsibilities

1. Drafting of petitions, replies, applications, and other documents to be filed in court. Drafting of letters and other correspondences.
2. Must have sound knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Prevention of Money Laundering, Foreign Exchange Management Act, Contract Act, SARFAESI ACT, DRT, GST, Taxation Laws, Negotiable Instruments Act, Arbitration and laws pertaining to Financial and Civil disputes.
3. Must be confident in Arguing/Appearing before Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT/NCLAT, ATPMLA/FEMA, District Courts, and other Fora.
4. Must be good skilled in Legal Research, Researching Case Laws, and updating recent landmark judgements.
5. Must be well skilled in Court-craft.
