About the Job
Nyati Group is seeking an experienced LegalConsultant with expertise in conveyancing practice to associate with their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of legal matters related to property transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting title investigations, and providing legal advice.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- 5-10 years of experience in conveyancing practice
- Excellent command over Marathi and English languages
- Strong knowledge of MOFA, RERA, and other relevant laws
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate agreements, including joint venture agreements and construction contracts
- Conduct title investigations and due diligence on properties
- Ensure compliance with MOFA, RERA, and other relevant laws
- Scrutinize legal proposal files and provide opinions
- Meet with landowners, panel advocates, and other stakeholders
- Finalize title reports and provide title opinions
- Draft legal notices, complaints, and show cause notices
- Act as an in-house advisor for all legal matters
- Prepare agreements for sale, unit agreements, conveyance deeds, and other legal documents
