About the Job
Imaxx TV is seeking to engage an experienced Legal Consultant / Advocate to handle legal matters relating to its digital media business.
Eligibility
- Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa
- 5+ years of litigation or advisory experience
- Experience in commercial disputes, property law, and media/digital business matters
Engagement Type
- Retainer basis / Case basis (Negotiable)
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal notices, agreements, and contracts
- Handling civil and criminal litigation matters
- Developing legal strategy for:
- Business disputes
- Property matters
- Recovery proceedings
- Representing and coordinating matters before:
- Bombay High Court
- Lower courts
- Advising on:
- Intellectual Property protection
- Digital media law
- Regulatory compliance
