BDO is hiring for the position of Labour Law Compliance Executive.

This role is ideal for dynamic and technically inclined professionals interested in building a long-term career in the Labour Law & Labour Code Compliance domain.

Eligibility

• 0–3 years of experience in Labour Law / Labour Code compliance
• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Strong knowledge or interest in Labour Laws and statutory compliance frameworks
• Good expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients

Required Qualification

• MBA (HR)
• MSW
• LLB
• Any Management / Law related degree

Responsibilities

• Support clients in Labour Law and Labour Code compliance across various statutory requirements
• Assist in strategic compliance planning, including preparation of annual compliance roadmaps
• Provide advisory support on labour law applicability, regulatory updates, and best compliance practices
• Maintain and update compliance trackers, statutory registers, and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely compliance deliverables
• Analyze compliance data and reports using advanced Excel tools
