About the Job
The position is for a Consultant (Legal) on a contractual basis.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognised University/Institution or Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.).
- Good command of computer applications, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Enrolment with the appropriate Bar Council of India or a State Bar Council is desirable.
- For LL.B. candidates, a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields or legal matters, contracts, litigation, arbitration, policy matters or regulatory compliance.
- For LL.M. candidates, a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant fields or legal matters, contracts, litigation, arbitration, policy matters or regulatory compliance.
- Experience in drafting and vetting legal documents, agreements, MoUs, affidavits and court-related matters.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 45 years.
