About the Job

Cloud First Tech is hiring a Legal & Compliance Executive with 2–5 years of experience. The role involves managing contracts, legal documentation, regulatory compliance, customer and vendor onboarding, and credit approval processes.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

Hold an LL.B. degree. An LL.M. degree will be preferred.
Have 2–5 years of relevant experience.
Possess experience in contract drafting and review.
Have knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory compliance.
Demonstrate strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, communication, and negotiation skills.
Have litigation experience.

Responsibilities

Manage contracts and legal documentation.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Handle customer and vendor onboarding.
Manage credit approval processes.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
