Legal & Compliance Associate

Eligibility

• Law Graduate (LL.B.), or
• Qualified or Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS).
• Strong interest in corporate law, compliance, and business advisory.

Areas of Exposure

• Fundraising and investment transactions
• Agreement drafting, review, and negotiations
• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
• Corporate secretarial and statutory compliances
• ESOP implementation and administration
• Labour and employment law compliances
• ESG and corporate governance
• Factory Act and other regulatory compliances

Responsibilities

• Assist in fundraising and investment transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Manage contract lifecycle processes.
• Handle corporate secretarial and statutory compliance matters.
• Support ESOP implementation and administration.
• Ensure compliance with labour, employment, and other applicable laws.
• Assist with ESG initiatives, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
