Position

In-House Legal Associate

Eligibility

Recent law graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
Strong interest in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and corporate law.
Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Prepare case briefs and internal summaries.
Attend and observe proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for learning and record-keeping purposes.
Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
Support senior team members in document preparation and file management.
Conduct legal research on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and corporate laws.
