In-House Legal Associate
Eligibility
- Recent law graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Strong interest in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and corporate law.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare case briefs and internal summaries.
- Attend and observe proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for learning and record-keeping purposes.
- Assist in legal drafting and documentation.
- Support senior team members in document preparation and file management.
- Conduct legal research on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and corporate laws.
