Arthaat Legal is seeking a Legal Compliance Associate for a hybrid role (Delhi), ideal for fresh graduates in 2025. This position offers an exciting opportunity to engage in various legal compliance activities within a dynamic law firm.
Eligibility
- Recent graduate or final year student in Law (LLB).
- Strong interest in legal compliance and corporate law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal compliance audits and reviews.
- Assist in the implementation and testing of legal compliance tools.
- Support litigation and contract reviews.
- Provide liaison and legal opinion services.
- Participate in internal audits and due diligence processes.
- IPR
- POSH compliance
