Eligibility

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal compliance audits and reviews.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of legal compliance tools.
• Support litigation and contract reviews.
• Provide liaison and legal opinion services.
• Participate in internal audits and due diligence processes.
• IPR
• POSH compliance
