About the Job

Sharma & Sharma, Advocates & Legal Consultants LLP is having the following vacancies at its NewDelhi & Kolkata Office.

Eligibility

1. Associates PQE 1-3 years (NEWDELHI & KOLKATA) Advocate having minimum 1-3 Years of post-qualification experience and having prior experience in drafting and appearing before all Courts / Tribunals. Candidates having experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Arbitration Laws shall be given preference.

2. Senior Associate PQE 5-7 years (NEW DELHI & KOLKATA) Advocate having experience in handling matters in Hon’ble Courts / Tribunals. Excellent familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, court practice and systems, Good Computer literacy with Proficiency in English language. Experience in drafting – writ petition, SLP, Appeals, Applications, Pleadings, Conveyancing, Statement of Claims & Defence. Good prior experience in appearance before Courts – High Court, all district Courts / Tribunals. Proficiency in Legal research and analytical mind. Considerable experience of IBC, Arbitration & Conciliation Act & Corporate law. Prior experience of Client Counselling & Meeting, Briefing Seniors.

3. Principal Associate PQE 10-15 years (NEW DELHI & KOLKATA) experience in handling high stake litigation matters in respect of areas viz; suits, arbitration, writ, mines and minerals related matters, electricity, insurance, property, medical negligence, IPR etc. Candidate having capabilities of independently advising client, drafting the petition etc., appear and argue the matter before the Tribunals /Courts shall be given preference only.

Salary

CTC is not a Bar for a right candidate and shall be commensurate with Top Tier Law firms having its offices in New Delhi & Kolkata.
