About the Job 

Khurana & Co. Advocates & Solicitors, based in Nizamuddin East, is inviting applications for the following positions:

Position 1: Associate (1–3 Years, Litigation Practice – Preference IPR Background)

Position 2: Associate (5+ Years, Litigation Practice)

Eligibility

Position 1: Associate (1–3 Years, Litigation Practice – Preference IPR Background)

• The role offers a mix of work including civil, criminal, commercial, NI Act, and advisory matters before various courts and tribunals.
• In addition, the candidate will also gain exposure to matters relating to trademark and copyright.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in, or are well-versed with IPR and are keen to strengthen their practice in this area while also engaging in broader litigation work.
• Strong drafting and research skills are essential.

Position 2: Associate (5+ Years, Litigation Practice)

• Role requires handling civil, criminal and commercial litigation before various Tribunals, District Courts, High Court of Delhi & Supreme Court of India.
• Responsibilities include independent appearances, drafting, strategizing, and client management.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ litigation experience and the ability to manage matters independently.
