Eligibility

Position 1: Associate (1–3 Years, Litigation Practice – Preference IPR Background)

The role offers a mix of work including civil, criminal, commercial, NI Act, and advisory matters before various courts and tribunals.
In addition, the candidate will also gain exposure to matters relating to trademark and copyright.
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in, or are well-versed with IPR and are keen to strengthen their practice in this area while also engaging in broader litigation work.
Strong drafting and research skills are essential.

Position 2: Associate (5+ Years, Litigation Practice)

Role requires handling civil, criminal and commercial litigation before various Tribunals, District Courts, High Court of Delhi & Supreme Court of India.
Responsibilities include independent appearances, drafting, strategizing, and client management.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years’ litigation experience and the ability to manage matters independently.
