Adv Nilesh Gala is seeking a highly motivated and skilled litigation lawyer to join their Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of litigation matters before the Bombay High Court other Courts and Tribunals and will play a key role in all stages of the litigation process.

Eligibility

Experience: 2 – 5 Years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)

Responsibilities

• Case Management:* Independently manage a caseload of civil, commercial, writ, and arbitration matters from inception to resolution.
• Drafting & Pleadings:* Draft, review, and finalise high-quality legal pleadings, including Writ Petitions, Commercial Suits, Appeals, Interim Applications, Affidavits, and Written Submissions.
• Legal Research:* Conduct thorough and precise legal research on complex points of law to build strong case strategies and provide sound legal opinions.
• Court Appearances:* Regularly appear before the Bombay High Court for hearings, motions, admission, and arguing matters for interim relief. Candidates must be comfortable with virtual and physical hearing formats.
