Eligibility
- Law graduate (LLB) from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in trademark and patent law.
- Must hold a valid Power of Attorney (POA).
- Proficient in IP laws and online filing procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to join immediately.
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end trademark and patent filings and prosecution.
- Conduct trademark and patent searches and prepare legal opinions.
- Draft replies to objections, oppositions, and legal notices.
- Attend hearings and represent clients as needed.
- Communicate with clients and authorities regarding application statuses and legal updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up schedules.
Salary
Up to ₹25,000 per month
