About the Opportunity
Need Legal Associate/Paralegal.
Responsibilities
The person would be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and vetting the legal documents of the Company comprising Commercial Agreements like Contracts / Lease Agreements / Administrative Agreements/Nondisclosures, etc., and various policies/processes of the Company. Coordinate with the client/client’s legal team whenever required to understand and work on agreements, coordinating with legal counsel and local law firm on all legal and corporate matters.

Upto 25,000/- (Plus company-sponsored benefits like medical insurance, and accidental insurance)
Duration
Shift Timings: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM
