About the Job

Zen Media LLP is looking to onboard a Legal Associate (2–3 years PQE) to support our growing media, advertising, and commercial operations.

If you have hands-on experience in contract drafting, media & advertising agreements, and basic real estate documentation, and are keen to grow in a dynamic, business-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This role is ideal for a proactive legal professional who enjoys working closely with business teams, supporting contract management, compliance, and risk mitigation while developing independent advisory skills.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory)
• 2–3 years PQE in corporate-commercial law
• Exposure to media, advertising, digital contracts, or real estate documentation preferred
• Strong drafting, research, and contract review skills
• Detail-oriented with a business-first mindset
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including MSAs, NDAs, SLAs, vendor/client agreements, consultancy & employment contracts, and MoUs
• Support identification of contractual risks relating to indemnities, limitation of liability, termination, and dispute resolution
• Maintain contract trackers and support agreement lifecycle management
• Assist in drafting and reviewing media, advertising, influencer, endorsement, media buying, and agency–client agreements
• Support legal review of digital advertising, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and sponsorship arrangements
• Assist in reviewing advertising creatives for compliance with ASCI Guidelines, Consumer Protection Act, IT Act, data protection norms, and platform policies
• Draft and review basic real estate documents such as Leave & License Agreements, Lease Deeds, MoUs, and Indemnity Bonds
• Support title due diligence, document verification, stamping, registration, and execution coordination
• Assist with legal notices, responses, and coordination with external counsel
• Support corporate governance, statutory compliances, and legal record management
• Act as a legal support partner to internal teams by providing practical, commercially viable advice.
