About the Job
Viranca Legal is expanding, and they are looking for a skilled Contracts Associate to join their dynamic legal team. If you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience exclusively in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, we’d love to hear from you.
Eligibility
-2–3 years of experience focused exclusively on contracts
-Strong understanding of contract structures, clauses, and negotiation strategies
-Excellent legal drafting and communication skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
-Must be fluent in English
Responsibilities
– Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of non-commercial and commercial contracts.
– Research on national as well as international laws/legal compliances.
– Work closely with clients to understand and manage legal risks.
