Vidhiśāstras- Advocates & Solicitors is looking to hire a Legal Associate in Mumbai.
No of Positions: 1 (One)
Eligibility
- PQE: 3 years
- Qualification: LL.B
- Draft, file, and research pleadings, applications and other court documents across civil, criminal and commercial matters.
- Attend police station visits, coordinate with investigative authorities and manage pre-trial evidence gathering.
- Assist in strategy development for substantial litigation matters.
- Ability to work independently.
- Be flexible to support all India jurisdiction matters as and when required.
- Willingness to travel within India and abroad for court appearances, investigations, or client coordination as required.
