About the Job
Unacademy is hiring a Legal Associate (CTC 6-7LPA).
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
- 2+ years of experience in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Candidates with prior in-house team experience preferred.
- High professional ethics and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Sound judgment and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with educators and content providers.
- Structuring, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements with vendors and service providers.
- Reviewing, interpreting, and analyzing agreements to advise internal teams.
- Providing routine legal advice to business and operations units.
- Conducting legal research on various topics and staying updated on laws and regulations.
- Managing the contract database, including renewal reminders and processing requests.
