- Appearing before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
- Preparing Appeals, Petitions, and supporting documents
- Advising clients on compliances under the Companies Act, SEBI Act, and various SEBI Regulations
- Providing strategic advice on capital markets and regulatory matters
