Chambers of Advocate Mithilesh Kumar Pandey is looking to hire Counsel / Associates for the Noida office.
Eligibility
- PQE: 3-5 Years
- The office is looking for dedicated and driven advocates, preferably with prior experience in Commercial and Civil litigation, banking laws such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Criminal matters etc.
Responsibilities
Drafting work majorly – SLP/Appeals/Petitions/applications/reply/rejoinder etc. and appearances before Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, NCDRC and arbitrations.
Salary
Will depend on experience/merit of the selected candidate and in line with industry standards, with fixed and variable components, both.
