The organisation is seeking a Legal Associate with 0–2 years of experience. The role provides an opportunity to work closely with the in-house legal function and gain practical exposure to legal and commercial matters in a fast-paced business environment.

Eligibility

Candidates with 0–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Drafting and managing franchise documentation.
• Handling commercial contracts.
• Assisting with lease and licensing transactions.
• Supporting outlet onboarding.
• Working on intellectual property matters.
• Managing legal compliance requirements.
• Assisting with dispute management.
• Providing day-to-day legal support to the business.
