About the Job
Thanu Associates is hiring Legal Associate.
Eligibility
- LL. B with 5 – 7 years of experience with commercial legal work;
- Experience in both a national or international law firm and as an in-house commercial legal Associate is highly preferred
- Demonstrable knowledge of and expertise with Contract Law. Knowledge of financial law, labour law and/or privacy law is a plus;
- Significant international experience through either a spending >1 year abroad and/or extensively working with international clients;
- Broad interest in trading technology and market structures;
- Responsible self-starting professional with excellent analytical skills and drive for results;
- Structured and pragmatic in problem solving and to the point in communication;
- Ability to anticipate, proactively manage and mitigate legal risk;
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Excellent contract drafting skills.
