Teamlease Regtech Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate.
Eligibility and Experience
LLB with 0-2 year experience in the Compliance Industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
Work on the Legal Update end to end process right from capturing of new Laws, change in existing Laws to update Clients, Database and liaise with the Clients on Legal Update issues.
- Identify the relevant changes in Laws with the help of tool meant for site monitoring
- Understand the legal provision and summarize the Legal Update for web site
- Identify and report the changes in Laws for Database update
- Prepare write ups on major amendments or new legislation drafts captured during Legal Updates for the Clients and subscribers
- Work upon the instructions of Manager to liaise with the Clients whenever necessary to support.
Role Demands
Knowledge of basic-level excel. Identify and report the changes in compliance to the client in a prescribed format
