About the Job
Suresh & Co. is hiring for the position of Legal Associate. The role is suited for candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Trade Mark law and Intellectual Property practice.
Eligibility

- An LL.B. degree from a recognised institution
- 2–4 years of practical experience in Trade Mark practice
- Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
- Familiarity with IP litigation and registry procedures
- Strong professional communication skills
An LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing daily correspondence and communications
- Drafting and preparing documents for Trade Mark prosecution and litigation
- Attending show cause hearings, where required
- Providing advisory support on Intellectual Property issues, particularly statutory compliance
- Ensuring adherence to statutory timelines, including timely filings and procedural responses
- Handling miscellaneous legal and administrative tasks supporting the firm’s operations
