About the Job

This role is designed for an Associate who can operate in a high-accountability litigation environment. The position offers direct exposure to strategy, proceedings, and client handling, with an emphasis on practical, solution-oriented lawyering.

Eligibility

The candidate must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience in corporate litigation. Strong drafting ability, clarity in legal fundamentals, and the capacity to take ownership of matters are essential. The role is best suited for candidates based in Jaipur or those intending to work out of Jaipur on a full-time basis.

Work Profile

The Associate will be actively involved in drafting, research, court appearances, and assisting in litigation strategy. The role includes exposure to matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Law, Contract Law, Arbitration, RERA, and PMLA, with engagement across forums such as NCLT, appellate tribunals, and other regulatory authorities.
