Eligibility

Senior Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation

• Vacancies: 1 – 2
• Eligibility: Advocates with PQE of 2 – 3 years

Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation

• Vacancies: 1
• Eligibility: Advocates with PQE of 1 –2 years

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the Partners on litigation across District Courts, different benches of the NCLT, High Courts & Supreme Court of India in diverse areas including Criminal law and Infrastructure Arbitrations.
2. Corporate advisory matters focusing on startups, fund-raising and new age technologies. The candidate will also be expected to be abreast with the latest legal developments in these areas.
3. Handle litigation matters independently while coordinating on strategic case developments.
4. Represent clients before various courts and tribunals.

Salary

Senior Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation
Retainer: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month with performance linked bonus

Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation
Retainer: ₹30,000 – 35,000 per month with performance linked bonus
