About the Job

Chambers of Mr. Saleem Ahmed, Advocate, Former Off. Standing Counsel/Additional Standing Counsel [Criminal – Govt. of NCT of Delhi], is looking for highly motivated legal professionals to join the team. It handles a broad range of litigation across civil law, criminal law and family law in the High Court of Delhi and various Trial/District courts across Delhi-NCR.

Eligibility

1. LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
2. Enrollment with a State Bar Council in India (preferably Delhi).
3. 0–2 years of relevant experience in litigation or legal practice (freshers may apply).
4. Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
5. A professional attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
2. Appear before courts, including the High Court of Delhi and various District Courts across Delhi-NCR.
3. Attend client conferences and briefings.
4. Draft pleadings and legal opinions.
5. Help manage case files and maintain organized documentation.
6. Coordinate with clients, court clerks, and other stakeholders, as required.

Remuneration

As per the industry standards.
