These roles offer hands-on exposure to IBC proceedings, legal drafting, and corporate legal advisory.
Eligibility
- Qualification: BALL.B. / LL.B. / LL.M.
- Experience Required: 0–4 years (Post-Qualification Experience)
- Preference: Prior experience in IBC, CIRP documentation, or work before NCLT/ NCLAT is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work under the direct supervision of CA Mohit Chawla and engage in:
- IBC matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court, and High Courts
- CIRP advisory and documentation
- Contract drafting and legal vetting
- Preparation of CoC meeting minutes
- Drafting legal opinions and compliance documentation
