About the Job

Rane-Pingle Law Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate in its Corporate Practice team. The role is suited for candidates with experience in corporate and technology law who can provide practical and business-oriented legal solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

Applicants should:

• Have approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Possess a strong understanding and practical application of laws and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrate a solution-oriented and business-focused mindset
• Be team players with a practical approach, service orientation, and high integrity
• Preferably be based in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology and commercial agreements
• Handling client communication and coordination
• Collaborating with internal teams and client teams
• Advising on and managing compliance matters, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA)
• Applying legal knowledge to practical business situations
