About the Job

As a Legal Associate, you will gain extensive hands-on experience in contentious matters, client management, and legal strategy formulation and work closely with our litigation and dispute resolution teams, representing clients before:

• The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
• The High Court
• District courts and other judicial or regulatory bodies

Eligibility

• Strong expertise in legal research, drafting, and litigation.
• Prior experience of 2-3 years is preferable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge in Corporate Law, Taxation, Sports Law, Criminal Law and other relevant legal domains.
• Must be enrolled with the Respective State Bar Council.

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
• Attending court proceedings and participating in litigation.
• Briefing senior counsels and handling procedural aspects of cases.
• Engaging in client consultations and dispute resolution.
• Providing legal advice and representation to clients.
