About the Job

PSL Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications for the position of Senior Associate – Arbitration & Commercial Litigation at its Delhi office. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border disputes, commercial litigation, and arbitration matters as part of the firm’s growing disputes practice.

Eligibility

Candidates must:

• Have 4–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Possess a strong understanding of commercial laws and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Have experience in handling arbitration proceedings and commercial litigation before various judicial forums.
• Demonstrate excellent drafting, advocacy support, and analytical skills.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Be capable of independently managing matters while working effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Handle arbitration proceedings and commercial litigation matters.
• Work on complex domestic and cross-border disputes.
• Provide drafting and advocacy support.
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with the disputes team.
