About the Job
PRICUS Legal is looking for a Legal Associate with hands-on experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and a strong foundation in litigation work to join their team.
Eligibility
- Around 1-3 years of legal experience
- Must possess good research and writing skills, and legal aptitude
- Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Able to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriate.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, especially Word & Excel
