About the Job
Olive Living is looking to hire a Legal Associate with experience in property law and agreement drafting. The role involves handling real estate documentation, contract review, and ensuring compliance with relevant property laws.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or LL.M. degree (candidates with strong legal knowledge may also apply)
- Proven experience in property law and contract drafting
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage documentation and legal processes
- Exp- 2–5 Years
Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds, and Leave & License Agreements
- Reviewing commercial contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents
- Conducting property due diligence and title verification
- Ensuring compliance with real estate and local property laws
