About the Job

Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters and preparing notes for the legal team database and company
Review basic and routine documents
Assist with standardization of documentation and agreements across functions
Assist with compliance requirements
Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary

Eligibility and Experience

2-3 years of PQE
A strong inclination towards and experience in data privacy, fintech, and banking laws
Quick learner and someone who can accountability for projects
Familiarity with MS Office
Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Preferably Bangalore based
