About the Job

• Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters and preparing notes for the legal team database and company
• Review basic and routine documents
• Assist with standardization of documentation and agreements across functions
• Assist with compliance requirements
• Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary

Eligibility and Experience

• 2-3 years of PQE
• A strong inclination towards and experience in data privacy, fintech, and banking laws
• Quick learner and someone who can accountability for projects
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Preferably Bangalore based
